Hey,
May be an obvious question, but it's not something I can see via anything on my account web pages.
I got a text a while back saying the engineer would be coming to complete my FTTP installation today (with a timeslot of 1pm to 5pm).
Is there a way of knowing this is still in the schedule and hasn't been lost?
Thanks!
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Sorry there isn't. Openreach techies work down a list of jobs and if one takes longer than expected the remainder may be delayed. Plusnet can only place the order after which it's up to Openreach. Infuriating I know but you'll just to hope for the best.

It's all good: Engineer has been and gone, and now hitting 800+ Mbps! A nice update from my previous top speeds of 50-60, that's for sure.
