At least they've admitted your service is cancelled. If youre happy to pay them for the period from 11/02 when the transfer completed then fine. Personally I'd be sending them the order completion information that Anoush sent you, and pointing out that they will have received confirmation of that from Openreach/BTw and they should not be charging you from that point.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Cheers for the update @lennon49lennon, I'm really sorry for the trouble you're going through.
I've checked your account our side again and from what I can see we've only placed two orders, one for your phone, one for your broadband, which were put through on the same day and completed on the same day as well.
Based on what you've said, there may have been an issue somewhere in the systems between ours and the previous provider's. I'd recommend waiting until your final bill's generated as the systems may end up catching up.
