I want to cancel BT Sport

Please cancel BT Sport for me as I don't have the time to waste on waiting fro the phone to be answered. Why don't you make it easy for your customers to switch on/off as they want? You might get a better take up but the difficulty in cancelling has put me off taking on new packages. Can you please sort.
