Is my order delayed?

Hi

Made an order with a visit booked for 23rd.
Get a message on Monday and there's nothing on the system.
Tried ringing back but delays were long.

What's happening with my order?

I've checked on your account and can see there's been a delay due to some civil engineering work that needs to take place.
