Moving home

I rang Plusnet regarding moving house, the guy I spoke to was very helpful and talked me in to getting a faster speed broadband for an extra £2 per month. I received an email today to say my router had been posted and a charge of £6.99 for postage would be added to my next bill. I was not informed that I would be charged for postage, is this right ?

@Vickidav  Welcome to the Community forum.

Yes it’s normal practice to pay the P&P charge, though I agree, you should have been told at the time.
