Moving house and address been messed up over the phone…

Hi. I wondered if anyone can help. Last week I phoned plusnet to have my broadband changed to a new property we are moving into at the end of the month. I gave them the address but the person taking the order has put in the wrong house number (3 instead of 1) and now the original order has had to be cancelled and a new order placed for Number 1 which we have no installation date for. The Problem is we DESPERATELY need the internet for when we move into the property as we both need it for our jobs and as we are out in the sticks we literally have no data connection via mobile masts. Is there anyone that can look into this and maybe help hurry it along or at least get me an install date? Sorry to be a pain.

Hi @boXXer I can see you've spoken with an advisor this morning about the house number issue. We've replaced the orders for you and you'll get a confirmation email with the committed date on for your new property.
