Hi Matthew . The engineer has visited checked everything with his devices and said everything is syncing and the line in active. It appears my account isn’t enabled which he was surprised by said it never happened before. Plusnet support said it enables once openreach have been out and confirmed l I factory reset the router and it did connect to bb for a few mins under the setup I’d but then went orange once it changed to my username and password . How do I now get online ?

I’ve phoned the contact centre someone said this had been escalated but they’d try something . I then got an email welcoming me to Plusnet and my service went online . Hopefully now all done
