I had my phone line set up yesterday phone line is active does anyone know how long until broadband goes live?

Thanks a lot for getting in touch. So upon sign up, your property wasn't registered in the Openreach database, which means we had to manually build it in, also known as a "bronze key order". When placing there types of orders, we can only provision a phone line, and can only place a broadband order once the phone service is up and running.

The good news is, the broadband order has already been placed, and I can confirm that it'll be going live on 23/01/2022 at any point up to midnight.
