Nightmare getting Plusnet to finalise my installation

Hi all

What a mistake joining plusnet

Engineer can to connect me up, unfortunately the box in the street had a wire cut.

  1. Said they would came back 'nothing'
  2. Called won't answer
  3. Emailed No answer
  4. Chat is a waste of time as Joe (bot) tell me to call (see point 2 above)

What more can I do... 

Tried to cancel but again no answer( can you tell I am MAD)

@Tiggy777 If it is a BT infrastructure problem, then I'm afraid it is only BT who can really answer, and it depends on engineer availability. Do you have any open tickets on your account, which may give further details?

If you try to cancel, you will have early termination charges to pay, and still have the issue if you go to another provider.
