No cashback e-mail

Hello,

I signed up for a contract renewal in response to a retention cashback offer ('Are you sure we can't change your mind?') sent by Plusnet, but I haven't received an e-mail to claim the £50 cashback. 

I checked the cashback support page and it says the e-mail to claim the cashback can take up to 28 working days from the new contract start.  My new contract start date was 9th June so 28 working days was last week.

Can someone chase the cashback e-mail?

Hi there,

I'm really sorry to see you've not heard about your cashback yet.

I've had a look at your account and can't see any notes regarding this.

So I can investigate further, could you private message me a screenshot of that email you've received?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
