Order delayed

I ordered fibre on 12th August as I had just moved into a new property, I received a text today informing me that there’s been a delay. Called the number and after 45 minutes of been on hold I had to hang up due to meetings at work. Please help

I'm really sorry your order has been delayed and I can appreciate both the hassle as well as the frustration this has caused you. 

 

We're are more chocca than usual so it is taking us longer to get back to you guys than I would like.
