Order delayed?

Hi,

I recently received a text message saying my broadband has been delayed. Calling Plusnet has not worked since no one is picking up.

Could you please look into this issue for me?

Good luck, my order was delayed on the 6th and I'm still not connected plusnet say its a supplier issue and there's nothing they can do hope you get yours sorted @Gandalf hopefully you can get this sorted quicker than mine has been.

I'm really sorry for the delay with your order. I see you've since been in touch and we've confirmed your activation date for 26th October which I'm afraid we can't bring forward as we're taking over a working line from another provider.
