Order delayed

Hi,

I just received a text message saying my broadband order was delayed. I logged in and couldn’t see what the delay was.

I appreciate there are a number of reason why there could be a delay. I would just like to understand what is causing the delay is and how long of a delay?

I'm really sorry for the delay in getting back you and for the delay in your order progressing. 

 

It isn't the news we like to give our new customers and I'm sorry for the hassle it has caused. 

 

There was an issue with the phone order and we have replaced the orders again. 

 

You get an email with the committed date in the next 24 to 48 hours.
