Order stuck on "Payment pending", broadband active, no internet

Hi,

 

I've placed my Unlimited Fibre Extra order on Jan 4th. Broadband has been activated on time (Jan 11th), I've received an email saying "Your fibre broadband's ready to go". Since then, the order has been stuck on the "Payment pending" warning. The light on the router is blue, but the only website I'm able to access it plus.net itself. Access to every other web resource is blocked. Order tracker shows step 8 as incomplete ("We'll take the first subscription payment for your broadband service soon.") The initial payment of £37.99 has been successfully debited from my account. According to Member Center, my balance has £4.80 in credit.

 

I'm wondering is that normal? If yes, how long could it take from broadband activation to having full internet access?

Fix

Problem solved - seems like the setup was somehow incompatible with the old Hub One from the previous tenant that I've tried to reuse. Connected Hub Two, got a redirect to the hub status page upon the first request, then everything worked. Sorry for bothering Smiley
