In that case, OR should be able to test it, and the order should progress as a remote activation.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Just as an FYI.

Got a further txt from OR asking me to make sure the ONT was powered on.
the activation went without any issues.
