Hi Lauren,
Are you able to help me with the refund? Plusnet have taken payment for broadband as well as fibre, do I need to do anything to make sure I'm refunded for the fibre payment taken in July?

I've picked this up for you and I've dropped you an email with clarification regarding the refund which I hope helps. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
