Phone Add Ons stuck in activation

Hi got issue on account that needs fixing. I activated the free add one for home phone. Caller protect etc but it's been stuck on waiting for activation for months and can't change anything else because of it. Can someone from the team sort this for me please. Thank you.

I have fixed this for you and all features will be fully operational within 24 hours. There should also be no message now preventing the addition of other additions.
