I placed my order last Friday and I have not had any updates on the process. Could provide an update please as my work is internet dependent.

Hey @Kaybee, thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry about that. Our automated system couldn't place the orders to provide you with a service as you have an SOGEA line registered to your property. 

This just means that the orders had to be placed differently, which has now been done. A confirmed activation date should be issues within the next 72 hours. Smiley 

For future reference as well, it's best to create a new topic rather than comment on existing ones, this is just to avoid any confusion on the threat. Smiley
