Hi my broadband has now been activated for over 10 days and I havent received a reward card email? Has anyone else had a similar issue recently and how was it rectified? Thankyou

Apologies you haven't received your reward card email as of yet. There is currently a known issue where some customers aren't receiving their email within the first 10 days, our billing operations team is already aware of the situation and are liaising with other back end teams to get this sorted. We dont have a lead time as to when this problem with be fixed as of yet but this issue is one of our top priorities.
As soon as the issue has been resolved, the email will be sent to your email address associated with your plusnet account.
