Reward Voucher Not Arrived

Hello,

I just had my 500 Fibre Broadband installed on 6th December. My package included a £75 reward voucher but this has not been mentioned so far i.e. no correspondence has been sent by Plusnet regarding this.

When can I expect this to arrive? Will it be sent by email?

Hey there @ibrahimmohammad it is sent 10 days after the line goes active so by what you said it should be 16th.
