Reward card retention offer shambles

Had an offer from Vodafone, and plusnet contract was coming to an end, so called in to see what was on offer. Spoke to a guy, who pretty much matched the Voda offer, which had a £80 reward card, plusnet could offer £75. I accepted, did the ensign of the contract which had my monthly cost and the reward card in there.
30 days later no email about reward card, messaged in to be told the two offers could not be activated together so no reward card, chased a few time but getting no where. Anyone else had this?
Been to citizens advice and they say it is a breach of contract, as offer not fulfilled.
Any pointers would be good to get this escalated.

I've looked over your account and you're definitely entitled to the reward card.

It's not been 28 days yet since you spoke with us but you should have the e-mail soon.

If you haven't received it after the 31st let us know

Thanks the people on twitter have said the 2 discounts were incompatible and the card reward was cancelled, can you 100% confirm that it is on order and will get an email.

I can see you spoke with us yesterday evening and one of my colleagues has raised this to the right team.

They'll be in touch as soon as they know more
