@Richrdkay84 - I'd expect the order for the hub to be placed today if your activation is on Thursday and you should receive a dispatch email over the next 24 hours. If you don't, then shout up.

Yes it arrived on Tuesday thanks
Openreach have just left and not been able to complete installation due to blocked duct. Not sure how long it will take to resolve.
