Router Dispatch

Hi, my activation date is Friday 19th but the router hasn't been dispatched yet. It feels very last minute, is this normal?

The Hubs are despatched via Royal Mail 24, to arrive 1-2 days before activation day.

A warm welcome to the forums.

Have you received a tracking number?  Routers are despatched via RM24 and you should receive a tracking number.  It has been known for RM to leave the package somewhere, but not to put a note to that effect through the letter box.

It is also possible that BT Openreach have slipped the installation date ... and due to they way that happens, it might not have been communicated to you.  If you click the PN TICKETS link below (after logging into the portal in another window) you will be able to see the current status on your account.  If there is no ticket indicating that the router has been despatched, telephone customer support immediately.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
