Joined in December 2021, not received router. Any ideas?

Your router was dispatched on the 1st December.
If it has not arrived then it will need re-ordering.

@Poiuytrewq If that reply was in response to my question as to which modem/router you were using - why have you waited three months to raise the query?? I am confused.
