Router received but no go live email/text

Hi,
I have received my router from Plusnet on the 11th and I have not received my go live email. Just concerned as my previous provider has informed me that today is my last day with them. Just looking for some reassurance as to when I can go live as is needed for my work

Can you login to your PlusNet account?
If so, is there anything about your live date? You could look for "Open Messages" if you don't see a date.

Just checked there is no date mentioned and I can't see any open messages sadly! Appreciate your help though

Just logged into my account for the first time in a good while.
Under Manage Account click on Account Summary. There might be a "View Order Status" in the right hand column.
You will find "Order Tracker" under Broadband.

Thanks for reaching out, it looks like your broadband is now up and running, but the router is in setup mode. Please log into your Hub Manager by entering 192.168.1.254 into your web browser (you must be connected to the router).
Navigate to Advanced Settings > Broadband, you'll then need to change your username to username@plusdsl.net, and enter your account password.
