I renewed my contract on 8th November and was promised a router [at no extra cost[. I've been with Plusnet for 8 years continuously and before that on and off at both my current and previous addresses. I haven't previously asked for a new router in all the time I've been with Plusnet but thought it was about time the tech was refreshed. Anyway, it's now 17th November and I'm still waiting.
Could someone please tell me when it will be delivered?

You shouldn't have been offered a new hub at no extra cost. Taking new equipment at contract renewal is supposed to incur a P&P charge.
I've also checked and I can't see any reference to a new router in any of your contract copy.
This said, I've no reason to doubt what was verbally agreed so I''ve arranged for a new router to be sent to you. Will probably arrive on Saturday, if not early next week.
