Still no router

I had an email on the 10 dating my router has been sent. But I still haven't got it yet. Other emails say phone and broadband are up.and running, but I can't connect (obviously). My original order had been from 29th July. I've been waiting a while to get connected.

Re: Still no router

I think I can see what might have happened here.

The way your address is formatted in the system, means it has populated the first line of your address in the format: -

Flat <flat number>-<road number>
<road name>

e.g: -

Flat 1-50
Something Road

I imagine that makes it quite difficult for the postie to figure out where the parcel needs to go.

I notice you have requested a replacement via support, however they seem to have ordered the replacement against the same malformed delivery address.

I've cancelled the replacement order and submitted a new order against a more sensibly-formatted address. Should turn up tomorrow all being well and you may receive an email or two about it.

Apologies for the inconvenience.
