Still no router

Been waiting for a month for a connection.. Then engineer arrives does his bit spot on on Tuesday... Asks where my router is... Said it hasn't arrived yet.. He said it should be here for when I get here.. And still waiting... Never had an issue with plus net for years now this.. Certainly not ideal for kids homework etc...

I'm not sure... I've moved house and can't find any cables for my old one

Ah - that's a shame. Hopefully a PN staffer will pick this up, but it could be a couple of days, they are a 'little stretched' at the moment.
