What’s going on

I placed my order for broadband and phone line on 08/06 and my order is still processing. Quick enough to take a payment and set up direct debit but no sign of the service I’ve ordered

Although the payment has been taken your billing period starts when the service goes live.

 

Have you logged into the PN portal and checked any messages you may have received about your order - also check your Spam filter in case any e-mails have ended up there.

Yes I’ve logged into my account and there’s still no activation date.
Process seems to be stuck on step 5

Broadband orders typically take a week to complete. We're waiting for confirmation that your broadband order, due {strCustActivationdate}, has completed.

So tell us more about the background to your order?

Have you just moved premises or broadband providers? 
Have you/someone ceased the old service?

Have you looked at the tickets on your account?
