When will my broadband be switched?

I processed my broadband switch to plusnet on 11 November, I received an email to say my phone line will be switched on 3 December but nothing about the broadband and when will I receive the router?

It looks like you've been in touch with our team on Social Media, and have been advised that both phone and broadband services will go live on 03/12/2021 at any point up to midnight.
