Wifi Router not arrived

I ordered my wifi a few weeks ago now and my going live date was set for 14 October 2022. I received a message on 12 October stating my router had been dispatched and yet I have not received it! I understand Royal Mail are on strike but I’ve received other parcels. Slightly concerning given I’ve been paying for this wifi now since Friday but I’ve not been able to use it yet. I can’t get through on the helpline and it seems impossible to chase Royal Mail without a tracking number. When can I expect my router?Huh

@Katyes97 Is this a totally new installation, or did you transfer from another ISP? If a transfer - who from?

It’s new for me, I’ve just recently moved in, there was however a disconnected Talktalk router when I arrived?

Ah, OK. I was hoping you would say BT, as their equipment can be used on Plusnet, TalkTalk can't. To be honest, the post is all over the place - I've had stuff posted the day before arrive and other items taking 7-10 working days.

Ah no worries! Thank you for trying Smiley If I could get a tracking number or something I’d feel better knowing it’s on the way! But seems I’ll just have to hang on and hope it’s not much longer.

Hi there,

I'm really sorry that you've not received your router yet.

From what I can see you've phoned us yesterday and we're sending another which we'll get to you as soon as we can. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
