customer service not answering calls

hello everybody i recently placed a order for broadband

yesturday i got a text message saying my order is been delayed

i was told to ring plusnet customer services which i did

i was on hold and it just rang and rang and rang for best part of an hour

i rang angin still no answer and on hold a firther hour and ten minutes

rang today and spent another hour and no answer the chat dosnt want to know

Hiya @willcharl2, I'm really sorry for the concern caused with your delayed order and also for the issues you have faced contacting our teams. 

Having checked the orders today, everything is looking good for it it complete on the 5th Sept.
