Now that im all signed up. when can i expect the £70 reward card? In addition to the £20 amazon voucher?

My move to Plusnet phone and broadband happened on the 6th June. I received the email inviting me to apply for the reward card on the 14th June, so 8 days later. I responded immediately.
The card arrived last Wednesday, 29th June, and was spent the same day 😀

I thought that I was going to get a £20 Amazon voucher for moving my mobile to Plusnet. Either the offer changed, or I got it wrong, because I actually got sent a second pre-paid card with £20 on it, (ie not loaded on to the card I already had for moving the broadband).

Hi there,
I can see we will email you tomorrow with instructions on how to claim your £70 reward card. Once you've filled out the short form, you'll get it by post within 30 days. If for any reason you don't get the email, let me know as soon as possible, because the form only lasts for 2 months until the offer expires and is basically forfeit.
Regarding the £20 Amazon voucher, have you signed up for a mobile with us or were you expecting this as well as the £70 reward card for signing up to us for a broadband account?
If you've signed up for a mobile service, can you private message me your mobile number and full name? If you've however just joined us for broadband, which website did you go through to sign up? It wasn't direct via our site as far as I can see.
