hi there,
I should be changing over to fibre - the confirmation email says that it should change over on the 27th Jan and that a new router will be sent - but my router has not arrived yet.
I see from some other posts that the change-over point can be a movable thing due to availability of BT engineers (fair enough!) so i just wanted to ask if there's a way i could get an update on what looks the most likely date for the changeover and if the router is on the way?

I've taken a look into this for you and I can see your fibre order has indeed been delayed due to engineer availability as it's now expected to complete on 7th February. I've manually sent your new router now, so you should receive it well in advance.

Hi, I have a similar query. Ordered an upgrade to fibre Weds 26th, the date given was 2nd Feb and I paid shipping for the new router, but haven't heard anything since.
How do I find out f the router has been dispatched, and if the fibre upgrade has been put back?

@valhooper - the earliest date our suppliers have committed to is actually 07/02, so the system won't have submitted the order for the hardware yet.
I've dispatched it early for you, so it should turn up in a few days time.
