I concur with both statements.

 

A few months ago I moved from Plusnet FTTC to Zen via CityFibre and ported my telephone number to Andrews & Arnold. I found Zen's VOIP offfering to work out much more expensive than A&A's for our usage.

The instructions for setting up VOIP on the Fritz!Box router looked a little daunting at first, but were actually surprisingly easy. A&A's, (UK based), technical support telephone line were also very helpful with doing this.

Zen supply the Fritz!Box router with the RJ11 to BT socket adapter, so our corded phone plugs in to that, and the Fritz!Box router also has a DECT base station built in to it for our cordless phones.
