Hi All,
I am not with Plusnet yet,
I will be chaging my ISP in the next month
So am doing the groundwork for the transfer to Plusnet (FTTP)
I have read I will be provided with the Hub2 Router and it will
come with a Default IP address of 192.168.1.254
My current set up using my own Router
is that I have
Wired Clients
That are on ethernet (CAT7) cable connections
their IP address range from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.100
My question is:
Can I change the Hub2 Router IP address from 192.168.1.254.
to 192.168.0.1
So all the PCs,Media players,Game machines,ect
on my Network
can all still work on the same network.
Thank you for the info in advance.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

If you are happy with your current router and it supports PPPoE then you can use it instead of the Hub2. Settings required are shown in the PN Help pages.

Here's where you change IPv4 settings
Please me minded of my previous advise here regarding DHCP behaviour on the Hub Two DHCP server.

But changing the netmasks still has some irritations. /27 works, /28 doesn't.
In this example, all DHCP issued IP v4 addresses are within the /28 (restricted by reducing to size and range of the DHCP pool, with addresses to spare).
