Dynamic DNS not forwarding

Since moving over to the PN supplied router, my No-IP hasn't worked. I have tried all sorts of combinations. the correct port is open as I can access via the IP address. Worked perfectly fine on the Technicolor router I was using before PN. Confusion reigns 🙁

@Marksfish is that from outside your network i.e from a mobile network

Does your no-ip url resolve correctly to your public IP ?

edit: Is that really your no-ip hostname ? because that doesn't resolve to a Plusnet IP

Re: Dynamic DNS not forwarding

I hadn't noticed it before, I usually use the app not the browser. I can't edit it now either 🙄. I have tried the "mask" feature on the name, but that doesn't appear to work  either. It is my Plusnet ip.
