Firmware still at v0.08.00.08297-PN

Hi my PN hub 2 is still at the firmware version above . I checked with PN and they said it was still at the management platform is there anyway to get it updated or do I simply just wait . It’s not giving me any issues

Hi Mark,

Was that checked by serial number or just confirming that there is a Hub 2 on your account?

There was a major update programme about 18 months ago ... so it should have updated before now.

 

@bobpullen  - is this still your space please?

Hi this was confirmed by Plusnet via serial number . It is on the management platform but hasn’t been online for more than month as this was my spare router which I only connected a month ago after problems with my other one . From what I can see it has never received the latest firmware also never had it when I received this router at the end of 2023

If the Hub two is on the management system you should be able to prompt a firmware upgrade by performing a factory reset.

With a paper clip or similar push in the factory reset hole, hold in until the light either goes off or green
