Flashin orange light on Hub Two Router

Today my broadband was activated, I received the confirmation email in the afternoon, I connected my router and the orange light always is flashing. I read the manual and apparently it is a connection problem. can you help me with this problem?

I'm really sorry to see your connection doesn't work after being activated.

I can see you've rang us today and we've raised a fault with our suppliers. We're to expect an update by the close of play on the 25.08.22 and we'll update you as soon as we know more.

Sadly at this moment, day 26/8 I did not get any update about my case.

Sorry for the delay, I can see an engineer went out on the 27.08.22 and looks to have replaced your telephone socket.
