I went on to my firewall to go to the port forwarding but when I make a new one and put it for my ps5. I’m experiencing lagging issues but have no packet loss and low ping. So I contacted PlayStation and they said “ open the following ports on your router: TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480 UDP: 3478, 3479“ how do I add this to the port forwarding like what is the internal and external and what is the start and end ?

This link Port forwarding a PS4 with Plusnet Hub Two might help you. It might be for a different game but the instructions should help
Edit: You should not need to add port forward rules for port 80 or 443
