Currently on mobile. I think the errors on the line reduce and that allows the router to deal with connections but then the errors increase dramatically and the router drops everything.
There seems to be an inordinate amount of errors occurring on the line.

I think I'm correct, too, and until the engineer sorts the connection, there is no point in changing equipment.

BT guy been.
Two errors on the 2km copper wire between the house and the box in the nearest village.
Good fast speed no (16mps) and no drop outs.
Looking at the record of the days after the storm there were around 230 drop outs each day.
BUT....mobile phones still do not connect.....
Connecting to......
Authenticating...
Saved/Check password and try again.
My wife's macbook can't get a connection either. Mine is fine.
Security cameras and door bell not working either.
Thoughts and suggestions.
Methinks a new router is required but how do I go about that and convince the powers that be to send me one out.
Unless I can get the tech guys to log in and check the router remotely.
Seems that the router will not accept connections with the correct password for some reason.

@KenMavor If you can get a connection, even on only one device, then I honestly can't see how it is a 'router' fault, but I confess I can't think of any way round this.
@MisterW , @Dan_the_Van - any thoughts?

The only device that seems to be able to connect is my Macbook.
TV's via ethernet cable...nope. Security cameras via wifi...nope. Phones via wifi...nope.
I'll give PLusnet a shout and see what they can do......
Thanks for all your help thus far.

@KenMavor ok, lets start with the wired connections. Are they directly wired to the Hub2 ?
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Getting a new router sent out and would prefer not to change anything. 😁😁
TV is directly hardwired via an ethernet cable and can't see the network.
Do not want to try my MacBook I'm case it loses WiFi connection as well.
Will try my wife's MacBook directly and see what happens.

Is it possible to fix the IP of the TV to see if you then get an Internet connection just to see.
But new hub on the way should (hopefully) fix it.

Can you export the Hubs Event Log found at >Advanced settings >Technical Log >Event log > category 'All' and attached to a post please?
This should tell the story of what the hub is doing.

Think I've asked for that at least twice, and been ignored, @Dan_the_Van .

Gents,
Sorry...I will try to do that now for you guys but the router seems to be pretty much dead.
Connection seem to be sporadic and fleeting.
At the moment I am down at my local church catching up with emails as nothing gets a solid connection to the router just now. I was using my phone but that connection, with 3, is pretty [-Censored-] as well. One of their masts got hit by the lightning a few weeks back and I can only get slow 4G and even that signal is patchy.
A new router has been sent out apparently last Thursday/FRiday but nowt arrived here as yet.
I'll go get the information you requested.

@KenMavor looking at that very short log, you are suffering from more DSL drops than a normal person would consider anywhere near acceptable - until the cause of those drops is acertained and rectified, you are going to get nowhere.
Ignore the references to your Hubs DHCP - it is a red herring, and your 'replacement Hub' will achieve zilch.

I see this
19:12:17, 23 Aug. Reset button pressed - full factory reset
02:51:04, 28 Aug. DSL Link Up: Down Rate=16496kbps, Up Rate=1265kbps; SNR Margin Down=7.2dB, Up=6.0dB
02:50:28, 28 Aug. DSL Link Down: duration was 176055 seconds
01:56:21, 26 Aug. DSL Link Up: Down Rate=17998kbps, Up Rate=1265kbps; SNR Margin Down=6.2dB, Up=6.1dB
01:55:45, 26 Aug. DSL Link Down: duration was 85553 seconds
02:10:00, 25 Aug. DSL Link Up: Down Rate=19538kbps, Up Rate=1261kbps; SNR Margin Down=6.6dB, Up=6.1dB
02:09:24, 25 Aug. DSL Link Down: duration was 85426 seconds
02:25:46, 24 Aug. DSL Link Up: Down Rate=20163kbps, Up Rate=1261kbps; SNR Margin Down=5.9dB, Up=6.1dB
02:25:09, 24 Aug. DSL Link Down: duration was 25891 seconds
19:13:46, 23 Aug. DSL Link Up: Down Rate=20621kbps, Up Rate=1265kbps; SNR Margin Down=6.1dB, Up=6.1dB
The 19:13 DSL Link Up would be the first connection after the Hub was reset, maybe more likely overnight DLM resync
i) Are you connecting all devices to the Hub Two or do you have wireless access points.
ii) I see no wired connections.
iii) I can not see any sign of connected 5G wireless devices
iv) You are not using the WAN port for anything?
v) Your robotic-lawnmower looks to be having problems holding it's wireless connection, this would likely be the cause of the number of DHCP request.
vi) What are devices ESP_A64851 and ESP_A64A59?
I think it would be helpful if can describe your home setup
