My router hasn't arrived after service upgrade

I upgraded my existing contract a few weeks ago and was offered the new Hub Two router. My account says it was dispatched but it hasn't arrived. How do I let them know? I can't get through on the phone line and can't see where to raise a ticket. Hub One still works so it's really just an irritation.

I've placed the order for your router and you can expect it to be dispatched on Monday. Should be with you Tuesday/Wednesday.
