Plusnet Hub 2 does not work with security cameras requiring dual band

I have a Plusnet Hub 2 however I can no longer connect my security cameras as I can't split the signal 2.4ghz / 5ghz. Can any one help please?

You can turn the 5Ghz band off for a short time, connect your devices and turn the 5Ghz back on again.
Once they're connected to the network once that should be enough.
