My router stopped working, was really hot this morning and would not power on.
I have just renewed my contract; may I get a replacement ASAP please? And if so, would it be possible to collect it so I get it faster than the 3-5 working days for delivery I have seen in other posts?

@pnacc If your renewal was in (I think), the past month, ring Customer Options and request a new Hub. You cannot collect - they are posted from a 'no public access' warehouse.

I'm really sorry to see your router has stopped working.
No need to ring in, I've sent you a Hub Two. With any luck you should receive it tomorrow or Thursday.
Might take a little longer though depending on how quick the post is in your area.
