From what I can see the broadband firewall is turned off via your account already.
Can you try using port forwarding?

Hi there,
I'm also having the same issue. I just changed to plusnet and so far i've not been able to workout what to do to get my helium box setup.

Really struggling with this exact issue Luke was having.
Is there any chance you could please point me in the right direction to get it fixed.
Joined plusnet yesterday and I cannot figure it out

Hi @Pn6 I've just checked your account and I'm not seeing the same issue that Gandalf fixed for Luke3 so it would be best to try and set up port forwarding on your router.
