I have just changed to Full Fibre Broadband and have a Sagemcom Plusnet Hub I no longer need now, do I have to send it back or can it just be put in my electronic waste recycling?
Thanks!
Victoria

Hi Victoria, if you go here you'll find a link to Royal Mail's click and collect site where you can generate a returns label and arrange collection for free,

That's a good point, well made. I'll see if we can make the information more prevalent. Thanks.

@greygit - AIUI there is also an option to generate a QR code that can be taken to a post office who will then print the label on your behalf. Not 100% sure if it's integrated into the Plusnet return journey yet, but I know Royal Mail have also been offering a service recently where they will bring the label to your house when they visit for collection.

List the methods in which a QR code can be transported from one location to another.
(The assumptions have been: Printed. Smartphone screen. Amazon started delivering pre-printed return labels after much prompting. Some may have been delivered by the postie.).
The Hub2's log of MAC addresses is 'interesting', but possibly only locally. Why cannot this data/log entries be cleared (and why should such data be of interest to an ISP?). Is this data uploaded? (You don't have to answer).
Have a very, very good day. I very much appreciate these exchanges.
