All sorted. Router seemed to wat to revert to TR69 set up 🙄

Most routers have some sort of quick start connection wizard, if that was mine I'd start with a factory reset to clear your previous tweaks, then try the wizard and carefully alter only the things you need to change and leaving the rest to defaults.

 

Why did you choose to disable NAT ? - it probably won't help with making the upstream connection, but you'll want it enabled
