I supose that depends on whether @ceresian is also on a broadband only contract.

They were quite popular in the days on metered connections.

Either way, from a technology viewpoint, it doesn't sound like the connection/hub is very compatible with a fancy new Iphone. More, 20th meets 21st century technology.

More like 20th century man meets 21st century technology! I don't make great use of the internet service, my usage is generally 6 or 7 Gb per month. What are the benefits of 'unmetered' connection? Is it more secure?

@ceresian It is no more secure, but I imagine you are paying quite a bit for your connection if you are on an old legacy product.
