hub2 cannot sign in with my password

i don,t know why but i cannot sign in to my hub2 i,v even reset the hub back to original settings and still won,t accept to log in

i,v had problem before  and i have a new neilson router that has been sent to me i cannot even set this up with password just keeps coming wrong password same as hub2 need help with this (  neilson is for getting points for gifts)

1. Did you hold the reset switch closed until you got a green light?

2.Dis you use the correct password, this is the admin one from the pull out tab on the hub?

3. Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

thanks this worked ok now the admin to sign in was my fault  there was a letter k  which i thought was uppercase errrm

but it was not   i,v still to sort out the screenwise select   nokia router

hi it,s me again

iv,just got screenwise  nokia router sorted and running  what a carry on that was  my plunet hub2 is running ok as well
