What Plusnet product do you have ?

I meant what broadband product do you have Fibre (SoGEA) or Full fibre ?

Re: zyxel ex3301-t0

Thanks.

Your WAN connection should be set to PPPoE , username is <youraccount>@plusdsl.net , password is the one you use to access the member centre (https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login)

Make sure VLAN ID is disabled or set to 0

If you still cant get it to work then post the WAN Interface screens with your settings and we'll check them

Re: zyxel ex3301-t0

I'd try changing the IPv4/IPV6 mode to IPV4 only, Plusnet do not currently support IPV6.

I assume you do actually have the username field set to <youraccountname>@plusdsl.net and that you've just redacted it for the post ?

If that doesnt help then try looking at the system log, probably category WAN ( or maybe PPPoE) for a clue as to whats happening. If you need help analysing it , then export it and post it here

Re: zyxel ex3301-t0

@discoverytdi if its allowing you to change the WAN parameters , particularly the username/password , then its unlikely its locked.
